Kasht is and urdu word meaning, ploughing, tilling, cultivating; tillage, cultivation a field, a farm; holding, tenure, to bring into cultivation; to reclaim (land), pain, uneasiness, distress, hardship, inconvenience, trouble, labour, effort.
Kasht is a conceptual exhibition about the culture and history of Pakistan, fittingly named Kasht, as the country’s culture and history of coming into being was long, laborious, and full of hardship. Much like a long cultivation of a field, with effort and hard work - Pakistan was created. My project consists of exhibit branding and merchandise including a an video ad, posters, sitckers, info booklet, and a gift bag and sweets box.
