Now imagine carrying the grief of saying goodbye to your parents, knowing it was forever — knowing they would pass before you could ever return. One Last Goodbye is a six-part collage series about my parents, and the sacrifices they made for the American Dream. It’s about the pain that goes unseen and the strength it takes to build a life in a country that never makes it easy.
