The Art of Dalloria

The Art of Dalloria is an art book introducing readers to the world of Dalloria, an expansive fantasy world of my own creation, through pages of detailed illustrations and handwritten contextual notes. These illustrated concepts, depicting various landscapes, buildings, and character designs, capture the atmosphere of each distinct region of my world and bring them to life. This is my first book as well as the largest illustration project I have undertaken.
Having worked on this world for over a decade, pouring every but of my passion and creativity into its conception, this project has allowed me to finally share a fraction of the ideas I have been picturing for years and portray them with the skill and detail worthy of their personal significance. Dalloria represents all of my perceptions of the world: my observations on the nature of humanity, the wonder I see every day on Earth, and the beauty I find all around me, whether it be in the colors of the ever-changing sky, the warmth of a loved one’s company, or the reverent grandeur of an ornate cathedral. Dalloria is not a world of perfection; it is a world where possibilities are endless.
The illustrations of this book share this fantasy with readers, helping them to picture the world in their minds and offering up Dalloria as something they can escape into to let their imagination run free. The minute detail put into each illustration is meant to further engage the audience, drawing them deeper into the fantasy.
